  • What is the difference between AdSearch and a Google Partner?
    Google AdWords Partners tend to be larger companies or search engine marketing agencies who manage local advertising campaigns at scale and offer a variety of advertising products to small and medium-sized businesses. AdSearch is open to businesses of all sizes and ensures the incredible opportunity that internet marketing represents is available to businesses large and small.
  • How is the funding split between AdSearch and Google?
    Each of our PPC Management packages have a monthly management fee and monthly ad spend range associated with them. Our PPC packages allow our clients to be charged directly by the search engine for their ad spend while AdSearch collects the management fee at the beginning of each monthly cycle. Both amounts are reported to you through emailed reports as well as in our Client Dashboard.
  • What is Cost-Per-Click?
    Cost Per Click is more commonly known as Pay Per Click (PPC), and it is a form of advertising where the advertiser only pays for an ad if it is clicked on, rather than per view as with many ads. This means you only pay when someone clicks and is taken to your site or offer, delivering better value for your business.
  • I own a very unique business and it is a new industry for you, how do you know it will work?"
    With our vast experience spread over many years, we have been involved in almost every industry you may ever encounter, however, even in an industry that we are unfamiliar with, thanks to our status as a Google Certified Partner, we have extensive training that allows us to succeed in any industry.
  • How will I see my stats?
    There are a few different ways for you to view the performance of your campaigns. Each month, you will receive an emailed report of your stats highlighting costs and the aspects of the campaign that have performed the best. That includes ads, keywords and so on, so you always know where your focus should be. In addition, you can log directly into your own AdWords account whenever you wish to view all available stats, or if you prefer, we provide a client dashboard that allows you to view the relevant data as well.
  • How do I know my campaigns are running if I can't see my ads when I search for them?
    There may be several reasons you are unable to see the ads, including: You have already reached your daily budget limit (set to avoid overspending on your monthly budget) You have already seen the ad on your computer and Google has stopped showing it to you as you didn’t click it (You shouldn’t click on your ad though!) Your own Google profile may not match the demographics chosen for your campaign. In other words, your ad is not targeted at you. However, even without seeing the ad you can check on your campaign at any time, simply log into your AdWords account or client dashboard and see the live data of your campaign in action. You can also use the Google Ad Preview Tool to put yourself in a different location at a different computer (or specific device) to see if your ad is showing.   • What if I can't log in to my account?
    If you can't log in to your AdWords account or your Client Dashboard account, please reach out to us at 1-800-308-4437 or email us at and we'll make sure you can get access.
  • I logged into the Client Dashboard but it's empty. Where are my stats?
    This can happen if you are a new client and are trying to log in immediately after receiving the welcome email. Your client dashboard is automatically created, but we have not yet connected your AdWords account, or if you have not used AdWords before, we are still building your new AdWords account for you. Wait for a few hours, and then try again. If the problem persists, please get in touch and we will check on the situation for you.
